She has expertise in conducting market intelligence, competitive landscape research, developing Marketing Strategy and executing Business Development for CDMOs and life science companies. During her time at health innovation incubators, she was responsible for project management, change management, and continuous improvement, as well as developing learning resources for entrepreneurs. For several clients, she has developed regulatory and reimbursement strategies and quality management system (QMS) procedures, as well as business plans, fundraising, and corporate development strategies.
